Marketing and Proposal Coordinator

Our Marketing and Proposal Coordinator must exercise the highest level of confidentiality, professional judgment, and discretion. The ideal candidate will have an outgoing personality, share our team-oriented approach, and thrive while handling diverse tasks. This is an exciting position that requires exceptional organization, communication, and problem-solving skills. We are looking for an individual who is creative, efficient, and proactive.

General Duties
This will be a blended position of administrative, project, and marketing coordination tasks. Duties will include, but not be limited to, helping our marketing team:

    • Prepare and submit Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Requests for Qualifications (RFQs)
    • Mine bid sites and CIP Updates for project leads
    • Prepare and maintain marketing materials, including firm biographies, staff resumes, project summaries, project photos, statement of qualifications, headshots, and letters of commendation
    • Support development of proposal sections in compliance with RFPs with guidance from leadership and project managers
    • Create responses to Requests for Information (RFIs)
    • Interface with graphic designer to create visually appealing materials
    • Develop project related graphics, writing, and presentations
    • Help with social media posts, client gifts, events, and other internal and external communications

Desired Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or English with related work experience
    • Previous experience in the Architectural/Engineering/Construction (A/E/C) industry preparing statements of qualifications and proposals highly desired
    • Must possess strong computer software skills, including Microsoft Office (with an emphasis on Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and Outlook
    • Display sound judgement and strong attention to detail and quality, relate well to others, have a professional demeanor, prioritize customer satisfaction, and be well-organized
    • Must be flexible, self-motivated, able to prioritize multiple tasks, coordinate shifting priorities, respond to short-term deadlines, and carry a heavy and diverse workload
    • Excellent communication and writing skills in English

Accounting Assistant

We are seeking a competent, highly organized, and reliable Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills and an ability to represent the company in a professional manner. The Accounting Assistant will assist with overall accounting functions for the firm as well as assisting Project Managers with the financial management of projects. Attention to detail and commitment to quality work is critical.

Accounting Duties

    • Expense entry and monthly reconciliation of credit card statements
    • In-house expense data entry

Project Administration Duties

    • Review of fee estimates for projects and related documents
    • Set up and maintenance of projects in accounting software

Accountant

We are seeking a competent, highly organized, and reliable Accountant to join our team.     • Coordination with external accounting professionals for annual tax returns, R&D credit studies, and indirect overhead rate audits

Senior Roadway Engineer

This position is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and highly-skilled Senior Roadway Design professional who wishes to be part of our expanding team. The successful candidate will play an important role in the design of numerous major roadway system improvement projects throughout Colorado for state and local public agencies, and federal public-land roadways.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Design and analysis of freeways, interstate highways, interchanges, urban and rural roadways, and shared-use trails
  • Serving as Project Manager for design-related projects, providing oversight and mentoring project managers, design engineers, technicians, and support staff to successfully complete a variety of projects

Construction Engineer/Inspector

This opening is for an Engineer or Inspector who will work under the direction of senior engineers to perform construction administration and support for a variety of civil highway transportation projects for agencies such as the Colorado Department of Transportation (CDOT). This position will involve a variety of tasks including: monitoring construction activities, performing daily site inspection, reviewing material quantities, pay applications and submittals, checking for conformance to project requirements and design plans, coordinating project activities and reviewing schedules, preparing project documentation, and maintain communications with the owner.
Our construction administration work is primarily focused on the technology aspects of major highway projects, such as electronic message signs, surveillance cameras, tolling, ramp metering, and fiber systems. Supporting infrastructure includes communications systems: conduit, fiber/splicing, pull boxes, field devices, and related network infrastructure.
